Return & Refund Policy
At Wingnut Express American Essentials, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable.
- Opened personal care, hygiene, or consumable products may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at office@wingnutexpress.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days of receipt).
Exceptions
- Final sale items (clearance, personalized, or items marked as non-returnable).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the outer packaging as well as the item condition. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).
